A unique culinary experience where land meets water in a symphony of flavours!
Get ready to take part in an exceptional tasting workshop, where fish from Lake Geneva are paired with the elegant and expressive wines of the female winemakers of the DiVINes fair!
Discover trout, féra, char and crayfish from Lake Geneva, carefully caught by Alexandre Fayet from the Pêcherie de la Dulive in Gland and cooked by Nicolas Burgi from Traiteur de la Côte. Each dish will be accompanied by two wines that highlight the freshness of the lake. Meticulously chosen pairings with wines full of character.
A moment of sharing, discovery and, above all, pleasure, to explore the perfect harmony between the lake's produce and the winemaking talents of our divine winemakers.
